1. Engagement & Service Scope

ResearchPlugHub provides customized, elite-grade consulting support across three primary specialized tracks:

• Research Writing: Preparation of research models, literature reviews, dissertation outlines, proofreading, and methodology structures.
• Programming Solutions: Software compilation, database architecture modeling, script optimization, machine learning models, and custom software code files.
• Exam Preparations: Custom study matrices, mock assessment trials, study notes, and syllabus guidance.

2. Client Materials & Academic Trust

To complete your deliverables, you agree to provide complete, accurate project instructions and timely feedback.

• You declare that all draft works, task guidelines, and resources you upload belong to you or that you possess all legal permissions to use them.
• All consulting project discussions, chats, and custom blueprints remain strictly confidential and are protected under an automatic Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

3. Intellectual Property, Deliverables & Ownership

We respect academic integrity and commercial ownership rights. Our intellectual property transfer is governed by these parameters:

• Reference & Study Materials: All written research drafts, mock exams, and syllabi materials are compiled as premium educational models to guide your personal studies. You receive complete license to use, adapt, and build upon these models.
• Custom Software & Tech Solutions: Upon final project payment, full commercial code ownership and intellectual property rights of all custom scripts, code blocks, database models, and web components are transferred directly to you.
• Reference Only: You agree not to submit any delivered model writing files under your name to any educational institution without proper citation or adapting the work to reflect your own independent analysis.

4. Payments, Billing & Invoicing Modes

Our billing structures operate under transparent, customized agreements outlined before project commencement:

• Billing Modes: Depending on the scope of work, billing is calculated on a Per Page basis (for written research tracks) or Per Project basis (for complex development and database compilations).
• Invoicing: A 50% deposit is generally required to secure resources and schedule development, with the remaining 50% due upon preview and prior to final file download.
• API & Third-Party Fees: Any third-party Web3Forms or database access key subscriptions required to run your specific software code are the responsibility of the client.

5. Revisions and Quality Guarantees

We stand behind our elite work standard and offer clear revision safety nets:

• You may request revisions on delivered materials within 14 days of final delivery.
• Revisions must align with the parameters of the original project brief. Any request to add new subjects, change the coding language, or double the page count will be billed as a project scope extension.
• All revisions are processed with high priority, typically completed within 2 to 5 business days depending on complexity.

ResearchPlugHub, its principal consultants, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the delivered custom scripts or written reference models.
• Any institutional academic grades, certifications, or assessments received after using our study support frameworks.
• Temporary disruptions to Namecheap webmail access or Web3Forms API endpoints.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your engagement are governed by and construed in accordance with local laws. Any disputes, claims, or conflicts arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through private arbitration before resorting to public legal actions.
